Lyme Artist’s Sale Continues at Lyme Public Hall Today, 10am-3pm

This ‘Giraffe’ by Sherry Block will be featured at the Lyme Artist’s Sale opening Friday.

LYME—The annual Lyme Artists Sale returns to the Lyme Public Hall, with an opening reception on Friday, Nov.14, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.

The show and sale continue Saturday, Nov. 15, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Artists participating this year include:

Lyme Public Hall Hosts Concert with Braiden Sunshine from ‘The Voice,’ Saturday

LYME, CT — Braiden Sunshine, who first captured national attention as a contestant on NBC’s The Voice in 2015, will perform at Lyme Public Hall on Sunday, Oct. 26.

The performance will run from 4 to 6 p.m. A $10 donation is requested to support the Public Hall’s community concert series featuring local musicians.

In publicity materials for the event, organizers describe Braiden Sunshine as a passionate and dynamic artist, known for his soulful voice and captivating performances, who continues to hone his craft through live shows across the Northeast and a growing catalog of original music.

Sunshine is set to release several new tracks this year.

The Lyme Public Hall is located at 249 Hamburg Rd. (Rte. 156).

LYME — The Lyme Public Hall has announced the 2025 George House Tag Sale will be held on Saturday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Proceeds from this sale support the maintenance of the Lyme Public Hall, Lyme’s Bacdayan Local History Archives, and the Hall’s sponsored programs for the public.

The sale will once again feature quality items and unexpected treasures.

As in years past, Lyme Public Hall relies on the participation of community members to make the sale a success. The Hall will gladly welcome good quality items such as solid wood furniture, tools, antiques, jewelry, housewares, fine china and linens, sporting goods, musical instruments and artwork.

The Hall greatly appreciates the community’s support.

Lyme Public Hall Hosts ‘Open Jazz Jam,’ July 27

LYME—On Sunday, July 27, from 4 to 6 p.m., Lyme Public Hall hosts Live Music Last Sunday, featuring Keith Coakley on keyboard, Adam Anderson on bass and Jason Apostoleris on drums. It will be an Open Jazz Jam and all musicians are welcome to sit in on the performance.
