OLD LYME — Sunday, June 6, 2021, Robert Gentile died peacefully at home with family members at his side. Robert was born Aug. 28, 1951.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; his son Robert Christopher; his sister Gail Sette and her husband Vincent; brother Joseph Gentile and his wife Linda; nieces, Megan Sette, Sarah Gentile Proesel and her husband Jon; nephew Josh Sette and his wife Laura; as well as a list of loving family members long enough to reach the moon.

Robert was a generous man with a larger-than-life personality and a heart of gold. Memories of Robert will live in the hearts and minds of so many for now and forever. Please honor his memory by planting flowers that will attract our birds and butterflies …

Old Lyme – Gregory M. Furey, 64, of Old Lyme passed away unexpectedly at home May 31, 2021. Born in Middletown, he was the only son of the late Willard and Margaret Furey. Raised near the Old Lyme shores, Greg spent much of his life there.
