Today is Last Day to Submit Entries to Land Trust’s Photo Contest

“Winter Sunrise” by Kathryn Lee Cannon was a winning photo in the 2018 contest.

Lyme Land Trust and five other local land trusts annually host an amateur photography contest highlighting the natural, cultural or historic features of East Haddam, Essex, Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Salem. Cash prizes are awarded for the best photos in the following categories:

  • Land Trust Properties
  • Landscape/Waterscape
  • Plants
  • Wildlife
  • Cultural/Historic
  • Black & White
  • Youth Age 14 to 18
  • Youth Age 13 and Younger

Entries may be submitted until this coming Thursday, Feb. 28. All entries will be exhibited at the Land Trusts Photo Contest Reception in April 2019.
