Zahn Community Gallery in the new, state-of-the-art Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center at 250 Flat Rock Place, Westbrook CT 06498. The 38th Annual Juried Student Exhibition, which was on display earlier in the year in the Chauncey Stillman Gallery at the College, offered an inside look at the impressive artistic development of the College’s talented student body in all four of the College’s majors – Drawing, Illustration, Painting and Sculpture – and also the first-year Foundation program. This new exhibition of Selected Works showcases artwork of students chosen from the 38th Annual Juried Student Exhibition by the faculty and representatives of the Shoreline Medical Center administration.
Lyme Academy College President Scott Colley comments, “I am always impressed by the dedication and discipline of our student body and this exhibition of Selected Works clearly demonstrates their growing mastery.” The exhibition will be on view in the Valentine H. Zahn Community Gallery in Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center from its opening on May 2 through May 23. The Gallery is open during regular business hours and the majority of artwork will be for sale.
