‘Winter Morning, Annisquam Village” by Caleb Stone is the signature work of the ‘Deck the Walls’ exhibition at the LAA.
The Lyme Art Association’s (LAA) most festive art exhibition and sale is their annual ‘Deck the Walls’ holiday show, on view through Jan. 4, 2014. More than 200 original works of art by member artists will be on display and priced to sell as holiday gifts. Artwork by newly inducted Elected Artists is featured in their own exhibition in the Goodman Gallery.
“The ‘Deck the Walls’ exhibition offers patrons and art lovers from throughout Connecticut and New England an opportunity to view and buy exceptional representational art at prices which make heartfelt gift giving easy” states Joseph Newman, Executive Director of the Lyme Art Association.
Lyme Art Association Member Artists of all levels (Individual, Associate and Elected) are invited to enter the “Deck the Walls” juried exhibition.
The LAA is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. and is located at 90 Lyme Street in Old Lyme, at the corner of Halls Road. Call (860) 434-7802 for more information, or visit www.lymeartassociation.org.
