Lyme Public Hall Offers Tour of Historic Bill Hill, Ashlawn Farm

Join the Lyme Public Hall Association at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, for a tour of the historic Bill Hill section of Lyme, followed by a visit to Ashlawn Farm for a look at their coffee roasting operation.  Learn about the interesting characters who left their mark on this area over time.  Find out how the landmark farm became a town meeting place while preserving over a century of agricultural heritage.

Parking and meet up will take place in the large field across from Ashlawn Farm on Bill Hill Road in Lyme, off of Rte. 156. There will be some easy-going walking along the way. 

This program is free and open to the public.  No reservations are necessary.
