Join a Roadside Community Clean-up in Hadlyme This Morning

Lyme Land Conservation is seeking volunteers to help in a community-wide effort this Saturday morning (Feb. 23) to clean up trash and littler along Rte. 82 in the Hadlyme area of East Haddam and Lyme.

Volunteers should meet at the Hadlyme Country Market at 10 a.m. and wear a bright orange or yellow jacket or vest.

Expect that the section of Rte. 82 you will be assigned will take about one hour to clear of litter and trash.

Trash bags will be provided and are being donated by Shagbark Lumber.
